World Class Fitness in 100 words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Let us know if you need a session at another time.  If you have a group or other Crossfitters may have already asked and we are just waiting for the demand to be there.

Call, email, or drop by our facility at 31 St. John Street in Goshen, NY.  Ask to speak to either Barry or Michael.  Tell them you're interested in CrossFit and wish to get started.

We'll discuss your previous athletic experiences (if any), setbacks (if any), noted strengths and or weaknesses, and a variety of other health related questions.

CrossFit begins with the 'Big Nine'.  These are the foundational movements of the CrossFit brand, and diligently learning them will prepare you for the many athletic feats that lie ahead.

We put CrossFit in your hands.  We will provide top tier instruction and guidance, but no one runs the 400's, Deadlifts the reps, or diligently practices the Kipping Pull-ups for you.

CrossFit is so effective and is held in such high regard by its athletes because it begins and ends where you - the athlete - does.  It is designed to stay completely within your ability to reach, yet remain challenging enough to assure that you reach higher and higher as you become more and more able.
